I know that one can manually input roast data while roasting, by using the event buttons.

But since I am not yet able to connect my Center to my Mac, I have a lot of written data that I want to plot into graphs.

Is there a way of manually inputting this data in Artisan, without having to start a "roast" and wait for the cursor to reach the event points?

Hope this makes sense. Thanks!

I don't think so.
I think the best you can do is to print out the graph and then manually plot the data that you recorded by hand.
But maybe someone at H-B will have a better answer for you since you posted there as well.
Let us know.

Thank you SusanJo,

Yes I did cross post this one question on HB as well, since it's more Artisan related rather than Huky related. Hope you're not offended.  ;)

I found that almost everyone here at the Huky forum has their dataloggers connected, so manually inputting data is not much called for.

Not even slightly offended  ;)
I post my Artisan questions either at H-B or at the Artisan User list.
