Greetings from Singapore. Ordered the Huky 500 today!

I'm Jackie from the little island of Singapore.

Just ordered my Huky with Mr Li. Eagerly waiting for its arrival!

Been roasting with Gene Cafe for about a year. Did really learn much from it. With the Huky, the learning is gonna be high.

Hope that fellow roaster here can guide me along.

Here's what I ordered from Mr Li:

1. Huky 500 with perforated drum and 48rpm motor ( all thermometer to be swap to digital probe), Longer J pipe
2. Digit thermometer: Center 304Thermometer(Four input)
3. USB cable(Connecting to a Computer for Win  )
4. Butane Infrared stoves (with Needle valve & Gas Pressure gauge )
5. Exhaust hood
6. Extra probe (MET)
7. Extra probe (ET)
8 .Extra tray
9. Extra fan
10.Extra funnel
11.Extra motor set(Motor,Box,Switch) 70rpm motor
12.Extra drum(Solid)

I so eagerly waiting for the roaster to reach me.

At the moment is prepping my roasting station and finding a variac or controller for the fan.

Hopefully can get everything ready when the roaster arrive.

Will definitely post pics and update serial number!!!

Hi Hankua, my apt is on the 17th floor. Biggest worries will be complain form neighbors if I vent it out my window.
