Roasting Honey Process?

Yesterday I try to roasted Costarica Black Honey process and this morning I test it I think the skin that brunt. Who have experience to roasted honey process? please share your experience.

I roasted a honey processed coffee like a month ago. I posted the same question before doing it. The guys from the forum actually gave me some good advice.

Treat it as a pulped natural. Go really easy with the heat. It's got tons of sugar, so although you want to aim for a light roast (you want really light!), it's gonna look a little burnt.

I dropped mine at around 209C, and OMG...it was awesome on filter (Aeropress and V60) and espresso (a unique experience)
