Roaster care/storage when not roasting
« on: February 08, 2015, 10:45:09 AM »
Hey everyone, quick question. This is mainly for people who roast in a non-climate controlled area. Ex: detached garage.

Do you take the roaster back inside the house after it has cooled? I know its fabricated from stainless steel, but is there much risk of harm to letting it sit in an environment like that? I was considering a sealable tote of some sort....so at least it was protected from excessive moisture and dust. For the fans and the burner, I have large drawers in the desk I'm using and figured that was good enough for those parts.

Thoughts?
