Hey everyone, awesome site glad to have stumbled across it.  I'm planning to upgrade from my Behmor and should put in my order in the next couple months.  So I've been reading tons and can't wait to get my Huky. Roasting in WI so any winter tips are welcomed, As I recently move here from AZ.

Welcome! I came from a Behmor as well but roast in southern Ca so can't help with your winter roasting conditions.

Thanks, I'm really looking forward to placing my order.  My Behmor is ready to be replaced and I'm ready for the next step.
