Honduras Belen Gualcho
« on: July 15, 2016, 02:19:39 AM »
Hey guys, just roasted 300g of Honduras Belen Gualcho on my perforated drum. I was pretty happy with the roast. Could have hit development with a bit more oomph possibly, as I needed to crank it up from 2kPa to 3kPa mid first crack as it almost stalled. I think this influenced the flick at the end as I had too much heat going into the drop. I had about 15% moisture loss. The beans are on edge of a City+/ Full City. Fan moved from 30% - 50% - 75%. Closed the grate during development. Beans have a really even colour, not too much development. Will let you know how they turn out.
