All credit goes to Gregr, but I thought this might be useful here for some of the Huky noobs like myself. Its a great starting point. After you do one roast with it, you can change variables to get the results you're looking for.
Weight: 500g
Charge: 420F for hard bean or 400F for soft bean, fan 25%, IR Stove 2.5kPa
At Dry (300F): Fan 50% for 25 sec then back to 25%
At 325F: IR Stove to 3.5kPa
At 365F: IR Stove to 1.0kPa
At FC: IR Stove to .5-.75kPa
At FC End: Fan to 50% to clear chaff, leave IR stove on low for remainder of roast
If you want to keep roasting to SC...or into SC, you might turn your fan back down a little bit so you don't stall the roast.
Ive used this roast now several times and its really been helping me get a good feel for the Huky.
