Wife just got me a 500T for my 30th Birthday!

I've been roasting for almost a year on a Behmor 1600. I've really enjoyed the process and wanted more control. I don't think I would've ever bought it for myself but my wife wanted to do something special for my 30th birthday so she got me a loaded Huky 500T.

I also ordered a Phidget and Variac, just need to decide on my cart setup now. I'm located in San Diego and would definitely love to meet with any local roasters who would be willing to share some pointers with me.
