Bravo Robert - these look fantastic.  So jealous, I gotta figure out why my lines graph so horrible.

Me too! And love the special pricing, it's pretty additive setup. Super fast shipping, flat rate padded on #5.

Second roasting session with my new Huky. I grabbed this bean a while back from Bodhi Leaf it was one of the weekly specials. The first roast went a little longer than I wanted but the second was much better. My plan was to leave the fan at 50% but I felt in was necessary to increase it as the roast progressed. I think if I would have preheated longer the first roast would have went a little quicker. The second roast I closed the grate before first crack because the RoR was a bit high. Between the grate and gas adjustments it's slowed down pretty quickly. I probably could have started adjusting the gas earlier. I think I'm making good progress and I'm happy with these two roast.

Wow! That really is an impressive looking profile whether it's your first or your fiftieth! I'm interested in your power settings for the first vs the second roast. With the continued moderately high gas throughout I would have thought the ROR would have spiraled out of control. Was it only closing the grate that contained it? Have you continued to use grate position to control ROR? The gas settings for the second roast would be more in line with my expectations.

In any case, congratulations. You must be doing some great roasts!

How did you get the little P50 and F20 labels to appear? Currently mine plot as a graph, not a horizontal line like yours, but I would like to add the labels.

Great,

Is there there a way to keep it as a graph but add labels?
