It seems like you are doing relatively high charge weights. Good boy!! :) (It's so very much easier to learn the roaster with larger charges.)
Just a small tip on Artisan (which you can do after the roast on an already saved profile...) You can go into "Axes..." and adjust your finishing time there (I usually go for drop time plus 1 minute). That will cut the tail from your graphs.
Apart from that very small detail you seem to be doing great.
Now, dare I roast even lighter?

Two weeks ago I charged a batch with the drop door open; so it still happens. That's a double roast?

I think it's the "Max" value. (It's filled with the current max value of that roast, i.e if you forgot to push the "Off" button, it may be say 27.30 or whatever...) Just change it to e.g 13.00 and press "OK".
Now, dare I roast even lighter?

Got it. It might be nice to have that feature though.  Automatically cut it off one minute past drop.
