Hello and welcome!
Yes, translation tools can be funny. :)

About your plans, I'm certain that the Huky can be shipped to Japan at normal international shipping rates (from Taiwan).
The base price for the Huky500 is about US $1150 but with some extra fans etc, you get to around $1500.
About payment method, Mr. Li accepts PayPal, which seem to work very well.

There are many examples on how to configurate the Huky500. "Do you want a solid or perforated drum?" and many more questions like that. Try to read about these questions on the forum and from there decide which configuration you want.

A piece of advice is to order with one drum, not both, and learn that style of roasting well. Both types of drum works really well, so you cannot go wrong with either drum.
Now, dare I roast even lighter?

Yoshi, all of your questions should be directed to Mr. Li

We are here to help you, but he is the only one who can answer the specific questions you asked.

Many of us are very happy with the J configuration.
