Artisan v1.0.0b4 released

Marko just released Artisan v1.0.0b4 on Github.

This build incorporates structure in support experimenting with the idea of AUC (Area Under the Curve) which got some traction recently at HB.  Marko has documented the concept here:

Thanks Susan.  If I remember I un-install the current version first, right?  Also I see two Windows zip files.  Which one should I use?

Notice that in the new version the phases are now:  Drying, Maillard and Finishing ! ! !
From the start of 1C to Drop is the Finishing Phase !!!
Right On ! ! ! ! !
