Having seriously outgrown my happy little 5 year old Behmor roaster, I have been on the hunt for the right replacement roaster that fits my present and future needs that works for my situation.

Goodness, I have amassed a lot of references and studied pros and cons of many small batch roasters.

Without going into detail, my first inclination, towards a Huky 500, was prophetic.

I feel I need to be here to soak up as much understanding as I can before I order my own Huky.
