Indian Monsoon Malabar

Hi from Down Under 
I have some Indian Monsoon Malabar and some Ethiopian Gambella beans coming my way soon. Has anyone got some profiles they wouldn't mind sharing? Preferably of the same beans but if not of similar beans. Both are processed naturally and have a very floral and sweet carracteristics which i would like to highlight. I looked at the coffee alliance site but there isn't any there.

I thought about ordering some of this because the price was right, but I gather that it's quit difficult to nail the right profile. Good luck to you !

Have you checked the Artisan database someone posted on here recently ?
