Hi all, really appreciate the wealth of knowledge I've utilized on this site. I've had an initial conversation with Mr. Li, but wanted to have the community here give feedback on my list. Excited to have the 500T as a more reliable sample roaster where I work.

Sounds good!

NG home pressures generally run half what a propane take can; you might want to swap out the gauge. Wait till you have the machine in operation, and see if the stock gauge is sufficient.

If not, Dwyer has one with a smaller range.
