« on: April 26, 2017, 07:34:30 PM »
Hello all,

This was 445g(Ethiopian Guji) with the end result smelling burnt and just overall not good.

I will take any feedback.

Thank you

I don't see anything obviously wrong with your graph.  I only have two comments about your question.  First, how many cups from this roast have you tried?  Sometimes, small variations in the way it was prepared can make one cup more bitter than others.  Second, is there any sign of tipping or scorching?  I am thinking maybe you scorched the outside of some percentage of the beans.  Try elongating DE by 30 seconds by using lower (reduce by say .5 kPa from what you usually use) after TP.
There are 10 kinds of people in the world; those that understand binary, and those that don't.

It would help if you would upload a .png file.
