I'd have to watch the video again, but this is what I remember in a nutshell:

Hankua did best during the cupping evaluation. Not sure who came second in the cupping. During the espresso round, they had really strong impressions of Gregr. The only word I remember them describing his with was sweet, but I do remember them using some other excellent descriptors.

My roast did fair in both. In the cupping it was said that it was good for being a dark roast. I think they said mine made a rich and complex espresso shot, but it wasn't as sweet as Greg's.
