Hi,

I am Wen. I am totally a newbie to roasting. Got hooked by coffee, like to do my own roasting and found Huky might be a great start with near Pro like quality.

Still researching about what options I should order from Mr Li.

Great to be part the forum and looking forward to it!

Wow!

Nothing like jumping in the deep end first. A lot of us started with a much simpler setup before upgrading. I started with a Behmor for a few years before getting a truly adjustable roaster.

Starting with a HUKY is actually a good idea as you don't have to un-learn anything. They have very good resale value as well.
