Power strip issues?
« on: June 21, 2015, 12:39:24 PM »
I see in several photos that folks use a power strip with several sockets being used. The power strips I'm used to are for fairly low power computer stuff.  Don't the Huky components draw a bit of power?  I was wondering about blown fuses.

Everything is fairly low voltage.  I went to a Fry's store and purchased a 2 foot power strip with an on/off switch and a reset button.  I am able to run the roaster, both fans (1 with Variac, one with Router control), my PC and a small vacuum for cleanup without any trouble on a standard breaker.
