Thanks for your sharing! Do you guys really consider that Huky have the capability to be a mini commercial roaster in the aspect of roasted bean quality?

Awesome!  Thanks for the find.

Pretty sure there are some larger roasters using the Huky as a sample roaster.  It has the same control of heat and air flow as larger, commercial roasters.  So, yes, I think that the roasted bean quality is as good (dependent on the user) as any larger, commercial roaster.
