Hi,

We recently discovered the forum and are happy it exists! My partner and I have roasted on our Huky for over a year, and we have started Retrograde Coffee Roasters. We roast single origin coffee in Santa Rosa, CA and sell our beans and drinks at local farmer's markets and events.

We discovered the Huky seeking an affordable roaster with advanced control and manual nature, and after 500+ batches we are truly proud of our product. Wow!
That's really a testament for Huky quality. I think JW in NJ has roasted over 1000lbs in his, with just as few part replacements (bearings and fan).

Now if you could only convince Mr. Li to build a larger machine.
