I'm all over the map- got ADD when it comes to coffee. Guatemala Xinabajul Pena Roja and a blend (Brazil, Kenya, Costa Rica, Ethiopia) is what I've got now, next roasts will be an Indo and maybe Columbia SO's.

Just pulled the first shots of a roast I did a few days ago. Viet Nam Cau Dat, a gift from Susan :)
This is the second roast- the first one I mistakenly decided that it was a low grown bean so I treated it like a Sumatra- slower through the drying part, a little slower to first crack and a nice long development (4:15). That was not great... This time I went faster- you can see it in the profile. There's good brightness with body enough to balance and plenty of fruity sweetness.
Edit: Day 4 and holy cow this is one sweet shot. The greens look so perfect and the aroma from the roasted beans is so sweet you'd think they were from Kenya.
