"Dry run" question

Below is what my warm up profile looks like. For me MET is always the highest temperature probe. Anyone know why this would be?

That's an easy answer; MET is maximum environmental temperature so it should be highest line. Probe placements are critical in relaying relevant information; in our case they're all well done. MET is between the drum and top cover, where the heat should be the highest. Crank up the stove and MET takes off; it's doing a good job for what it's worth.
