Will someone remind me how to prune the right side of the ARTISAN graph

(1/2) > >>

SusanJoM:
I know someone told us how to to do this months and months ago, but I also remember that it was embedded in another conversation about ARTISAN and I have no idea how to find it again.

See this graph?  It goes out 4 minutes farther than I want it to.
How do I fix that?
Please and Thank You.

I'm confused again.  Earlier today fascinated by Frans's graph.  It shows Charge beginning from zero and a perfect RoR arcing all the way.

Susan's eye popping "Mystery Bean" graph shows the temp doesn't go below 300F after charging.  Ruined a couple of roasts today trying to emulate Frans.  Roasting outside from 62 to 57 degrees tough to get temp correct.
Thanks for any explanation.

Sorry, but I do not understand the question.
