I do indeed have more Nic... But it is getting harder to get. The farm is not as big as I thought it was. So it is getting harder for me to get. They sell 100% of their beans to one coffee company. So they never hit an importer, I have connections that live at that farm so I was able to land a few bags this last year. I am not sure how it looks this next year, but I believe I will start blending to make it stretch longer.

Both my first and second roast on the Huky were Brasil and both were quite nice actually.

But in all fairness, I do roast on a 60k Diedrich 2 days a week. 😉😉
