Fantastic setup - wish I had the space inside to do that.  How effective is your exhaust at keeping a bunch of smell out of your house?

Hello Joey!

That is clean and crisp set-up you have there  8) I was thinking very similar things about my exhaust system too. Where did you purchase that black plastic piece that attaches the silver tubing to the cooling tray? I would want to use a similar set-up if it works well since I will be setting my Huky up next to a window.

What are you probes connected to btw? I am assuming a Phidget...or is it a Center 304, the pics don't reveal but that is most likely due to the streamlined set-up  ;)

My office definitely smells like coffee for a day if I don't light a candle or open the windows for a bit after roasting. Overall it's not really a problem.

Thanks, here is a link to the black piece: https://amzn.com/B00XKDEVIQ

I've been very happy with it, I just pop it off in between roast days and store it with my exhaust in a large plastic bin under the table.

Phidget 1048! You can see it in the top left of the under table photo if you look close. Mounted to the bottom of the table.
