Title: Video of my Huky 500 Setup
Post by: paulmmalone on September 22, 2016, 08:24:54 PM
Hi Guys,  I have made a video of my Huky 500 setup.  Thought I would get your opinions on the video before I fully release it. Please be honest.  Thanks in advance.

Nice!

Is this your main roaster for the business?  I used a similar venting arrangement for years; mine incorporated a 3" stainless exhaust tube tied to a long paint pole.

It was my main roaster to start as I learned how to roast.  I have recently purchased a SF6.

My local roaster upgraded from an Ambex 12K to a SF75. It's a monster and pretty noisy too; especially when the hydraulic ram opens the door. They started out using RoastLog to save some money, but eventually switched to Cropster. I'm a big fan of Cropster for business, after seeing all the different functions it can do.

Excellent intro video! ... and a very nice setup too.
(Kind of reminds me of where I'm at at the moment. :) A one week vacation on Gran Canaria. Nice and sunny at around 22-29C/75-88F. Except for the slight but constant wind it would be excellent for roasting outdoors.)
