I am new to roasting and have read a lot on the subject, ready to pull the trigger.
Just so I am clear on the ordering process, there is no website to order from, it's just a matter of sending an email to Mr. Li: kuanho.li@gmail.com and he will accept payment and ship via email?
Does the list below look okay?
500T - BT, ET, MET all digital 1180 USD
72rpm motor
Solid Drum
Replace Analog ET to ET Digital probe
Extra probe for MET 18 USD For the all digital BT, ET and MET config
Backup BT & ET Probes 18x2 36 USD
Propane IR stove 99 USD Will start with propane and would like the option to move to NG.
NG Orifice 3 USD I saw the $3 in a post, not sure if it is correct.
Exhaust Bowl 49 USD
Extra Sieve/Tray 16 USD
Extra Fan 48 USD
Extra Funnel 14 USD
Extra Motor 72rpm 20 USD

First, welcome!
Well, that seems about right.
I take it that you've read up on both Phidgets and fan controllers, as these have to be ordered separately.

Taiwan has the exhaust tubing that fits the bowl, if it fits in the box I'd order some; or use the flexible turbo exhaust elbow reducer.

Thanks for the quick reply. Yes, I plan on purchasing the Phidget and the fan controller separately.
Any idea how long shipping takes? Will be going out of town in a couple weeks for a little over a week and do not want the package to arrive while I am away. Would be nice to time it so when I get back it would arrive in a day or so.

Once you place your order you will (eventually) get a "shipping date" which is the time Mr Li estimates to have the roaster built and packed. Then you will have to wait about a week for transport, customs clearance etc. A normal build time is about two weeks, but that all depends on Mr Li's orderbook.
