Hey everyone,

I took the plunge! Just placed an order for my Huky 500T on Friday. Leaving the Behmor behind and joining the grown-up coffee roasting world. Wish me luck!

That's the part I'm most looking forward to! It was quite the opposite experience with the Behmor...

The downside to complete control is there is no more blaming the machine.... ;)
