Title: Gas Tank Regulator and Tubing
Post by: goodlife23 on August 07, 2017, 01:29:48 PM
I connected by roaster to my propane tank using the green regulator and tubing provided by Mr. Li and simply put am not getting any gas.  Thinking maybe I needed a different regulator, I searched online to find that none seem to come with the pointed end pieces where the tubes fits over. Anyone else have this issue and how did you resolve?

This has been a known issue on occasion.  Try this thread and it should get you on your way:

It'll be better in the long run to use the green regulator. Try tightening in in more or removing the rubber gasket. To use a US style regulator, you can either cut the supplied hose or put a barbed connector on the regulator.

Get the liquid pipe dope from Home Depot for gas fittings in the plumbing section for assembling gas fittings.
