Update to the Maintainance document, about bearings

After some communication with Easygene, I've updated the Maintainance document in the chapter about Bearings. You can either download the full document again, or if you've printed it, there's a one-page addendum in the same downloads category.
The changes are: More detail on how to get the bearings out of the front/back plate and a "hot" tip on how to make it slip out easier. All accompanied by a couple of photos...
