Just checked my pms and found you guys had started this up.  I wish a resource had been here like this when I started.

Not all that dead serious with it, and have even gone back to roasting with just the electronic thermometer vs all the ipad or computer software models.   I tried both ipad one and the open source one and never found the trouble to be worth it (for me).  I just fire up my timer and play with the temp to hit a few simple targets.....dry for 6-7 minutes to 160c.  Try to hit turn around at 100 and pull when desired temp.


Sure I can learn better technique here though...but so far I love the coffee I am producing.

Glad you joined us here;  you are one of the earlier adopters, so your experience and your posts at HB are significant in how some of us (at least I) got to the point of getting a HUKY at all.
