BT & ET Reading "-1"

Hey all,

I just received my Huky and have it all set up. I'm trying to calibrate artisan and my phidget 1048 with the 3 thermocouples (BT, ET, MET). The MET thermocoupler appears to be reading accurately, but the BT and ET are stuck at -1. Any suggestions on how to fix this? Thanks!

Probably you should tell us how you set up your Phidget and how you set up Artisan to take the information from your Phidget.

Thanks Susan! I figured it out. I uninstalled everything, reinstalled and went through all of the steps again. I think one (if not THE) problem was that before i had selected TC4 under devices, this time I selected Meter and then Phidget 1048. I just roasted 3 batches and everything worked great!
