Is the fan powerful enough to send exhaust that far up?

Well, it's about 1 meter up, and hot air does rise.  Last roast, yesterday, I ran outside, and the exhaust pipe was spewing thick gobs of smoke so, yes, it works very well!

This is very similar to I will have set up in my basement except I'll be using natural gas.  My huky is still in transit, but I'll post pictures when it gets delivered.  Which part are you curious about Susan?

Thanks for checking, and I'm sure others are interested, but my push towards automation has stalled.

Ahh so "reply 123" is what you are referring to.  I need to get used to the Huky before I start getting into automation.  I'm curious as to how hard it could be....

Recently built some shelves in the garage and made a larger worktable for roasting.
