If you open up roast properties all the fields are there. Erase roaster scope from the title and insert desired info. Where it says beans is another place to title or label the roast.
Another useful section to use is the weight loss function in roast properties; just weigh before and after and the program calculates the result and posts on the bottom data line.
I'm just starting to look at green bean density using a plastic 1000ml graduated cylinder. This is the same thing as cm3 but I'm not sure how it relates to the roasted bean density. Here you weigh 1000ml which shows the the relationship as a factor.
