Center 301 issues. Serial exception unable to open serial port please help

hey im using the center 301 and a mac computer.  I downloaded the latest driver and am looking for help to figure out what is happeneing. 

Both my bt and et are showing -1 and that unable to open serial port.  Can anyone give some advise on this ?

What do you mean unable to open serial port? maybe post a pic? when that happens to me (just yesterday actually) it usually means that the center is still in Celsius mode when my artisan is configured for Fahrenheit, so try hitting the button that switches it to C/F and see if that works.  If not also try to unplug it, switch artisan to Celsius, then back to Fahrenheit and plug it back in. that usually works for me.

When Artisan gives you a reading of -1 it means that it is getting no response to the query it has sent out.  Loosely translated:  it can't find BT or ET.

so i cant run 1.0 as i get an error.  I can only run 0.9.9 
further are other screen shots attached

Thanks for the screen shots.  My guess is that if you get the issue with your Artisan version sorted the rest might fall into place. 

Someone here with Mac/Center experience may be able to help to suss out where your system is breaking down.

So I solved this problem.  It only cost 300 bucks. It it's solved.  Lol. Bought a windows based computer cheap one just to run artisan. Lol
