Hank, when I put your numbers into the spread sheet I am going to convert them to F.  If you hate that, let me know and I will remove them, but I think it will make it easier for the larger number of members since more of them (all of them so far) have reported their recordings in F.

Hank, I'm puzzled by the considerable difference in weight loss between your profile and mine. Although our milestones are similar, yours lost a lot more moisture. Any thoughts?

I would be interested to cup Cherts and mine.  Close to same development time and drop temp.

There are too few perforated profiles here. (Profiles with lots of holes in them??? :) ) Here's mine. I just hope it makes it to SF in time for the competition.
As shipping from the US cost a lot more than the beans themselves, I only had 5 lbs to play with. This was the very last roast which weighed in at 230g when roasted. I.e. nothing to either brew or even a sample for the Tonino. I am very much enjoying the roasts that I made while adjusting my aim though.

I've edited this post on the 18/3 to show the correct power/fan/grate values on their correct places in the graph and the .alog file.
As usual, there's a bump around DE, when I give the roast some air. I usually choose not to counteract on that  bump, as the intended profile is resuming within a minute.
Now, did I say that I like light roasts? :)

Now, dare I roast even lighter?

#4 was roasted on the 21st and was rather long in the tooth, but was my favorite. I attempted to re-create that roast with a small tweak. Problem was, I didn't have enough of #9 for submission (due to my over zealous "testing/tasting"), so I was relegated to add some #4 to the mix to bring it up to the proper submission weight.

Weight loss was consistently ~15%. Charge weight was ~325g.
