Here's Mine - drinking the last bit of the contest submission batch as I post this. I added the roasting report so you can also easily see what settings were used for power and fan during the roast.

Did anyone happen do do a moisture check on these beans before roasting them?

Or take a Tonino reading on their roast?

Susan, I really like the chart/spreadsheet idea you have.

You should add first crack start (1Cs) to that chart. Then you can calculate how many X degrees after 1C the beans were dropped. I believe this would probably make probe variations in measurement/sensitivity less of a factor when comparing roasts (vs comparing drop temp).

My drop temp was 420F, so you can update your chart.  Sometimes critical items get hidden behind other data in the graphs.
