Visit to Mr Li's place

I had my Friend in Taiwan pay a visit to mr Li and he was able to do several roasts with him. I just received my Huky and am happily roasting away.
I really like the looks of his cart. I hope to visit Mr Li this summer.

I plan on visiting myself as well. Notice he's roasting "old school". Single BT thermocouple, paper log, timer, and the damper's closed. Time to EOD?
