Hi all, I've been lurking here for a little while and finally registered and decided to buy a Huky 500T. Was debating between that and the Quest M3. I decided to upgrade to the Huky based off all of your rave reviews here and what I saw on youtube. I emailed Mr. Li with an order request which I'll post on the appropriate forum here for you all to review to make sure I'm not missing anything. Thanks, and I'm excited to join the community!

Oh, and I'm coming off an air roaster and Behmor 1600 Plus. I buy my green beans from Sweet Marias.
