Hello from Santiago, Chile
« on: August 05, 2016, 10:51:07 AM »
Hi there Huky lovers!!

I'm from Chile, and new in coffee roasting art, after seeing lots of post here and youtube videos, and read very good comments about this community, I decided to open a micro roastery with a Huky 500T and go for it.

I'm very happy with this beautiful little machine! Hope to get the best of it's capabilities with different origins available here.

Cheers!

Leo

Hi monkey_lever, I'm planning to sell local origins first, Bolivia, Perú, Nicaragua, Brasil, going step by step finding every note of them.

Cheers!

If you can source this Nicaraguan coffee at a reasonable price go for it- it's one of the best Centrals I've ever had and the procedes go to a good cause:

One of our members that roasts commercially was selling it for a while and I went thru about 20 pounds of it all by myself  :)
