Just ordered Huky 500 T !! so excited!!

Hello everyone! looking at the members map, i might be the only one in Atlanta, GA

I've been introduced to Sweet Maria's sometime early this year and my passion for coffee roasting has increased exponentially! I roasted about 40-50 lbs with Whirley Pop, I knew that I wanted to invest in something close to a real commercial roaster and Huky was the answer.

I went with solid drum. From what I gather, IR burner works really well with solid drum.
