Hey everyone!

Hey everyone!

I'm finally ready to finalize my order. I'm very new to all of this, I'm roasting with a stovetop popcorn popper now and I figure if I'm going to upgrade I might as well do it right! Being so new to this I would absolutely love any advice or feedback you can give me. Here is what I'm thinking for my order:

-500t, with the solid drum
-3 digital probes (convert the ET to digital and add the MET).
-The center 304 with USB (I really like the idea of not needing the computer every time).
-propane IR stove
- exhaust hood
-extra tray
-extra fan
-extra funnel

Thanks guys!!!

Sounds Good!

I don't use the MET feed, or pay much attention with the solid drum (have a phidget). My other roaster is connected to a meter with a dual display. Both the Amprobe and Fluke have large numbers for T1, which is nice. Does the center 304 have a small display?

What 'm saying is maybe the MET prove is not necessary, and a two line display meter is enough? (Solid Drum)
