New to roasting please review my list

Hello everyone, this is going to be my first coffee roaster and i'd like some input just to make sure I have everything I'll be needing.

-Huky 500T Solid drum 72rpm motor
-IR stove propane
-BT, ET, MET all digital
-Exhaust bowl (does this not come with the machine?)
-Extra sieve
-Extra funnel

Do I need an extra fan?

Buying separately: Variac and Phidget

Yes you do if you dont wanna dismantle the fan and clean up the chaff in between finishing and cooling every roast!

I wonder when he'll start offering built-in USB ports?

The exhaust bowl does not come with it.  If you need to vent to the "outside" then I recommend it.
