Hello from a Very Early Adopter
« on: July 15, 2017, 09:44:54 PM »
Although I pretty much moved to my 1 kilo North roaster years ago, I do have a long history with the Huky in its early inception days.  Great to see how far the roaster has come along.

Hi there and welcome!
It was you and your very detailed reports/reviews in the HB forum which got me into buying my Huky before this forum even existed. Your presence here is deeply appreciated.
Now, dare I roast even lighter?

Glad to have you aboard.

Many if not most of us would not be here today if you hadn't taken the leap to the HUKY and documented it so thoroughly.

This forum is really just a fleshing out of what you started.

Welcome!
I almost bought one in 2011 but had an order pending for a Feima 800n, later found a deal in 2013 from a frustrated new owner.
