Hello.

Thanks for a great resource. I've been roasting for about six years in a Gene Cafe. No major problems with it, but I can tell its days are numbered. I started searching the forums intending to buy a Hottop, stumbled on information about the Quest and then found out about this lovely machine. I've just had my first emails with Mr Li and I'm deciding what setup is right for me. Thanks everyone for your time putting all this information together. Cheers, Trent

I came from Hottop, similar to a Gene in terms of amount of control and I think you'll be very happy with what the Huky can do.
