As you might have guessed from my user name, I'm Don. Coming to you from New Zealand (though my accent is east coast Canadian).
Roasting experience started out in the late 90's in northern Japan with a little ceramic stove top unit. It did pretty well I must say, but awfully hard on the arm. Then nothing for a long time. Now in the last year I have gotten back into it with a little Imex roaster (simple air roaster). Do alright with it considering the lack of control, but interested in really learning the finer points of roasting. I think this machine looks like an incredible little tool to learn on.
I have already had a little poke around and look forward to being a part of this community.
