Events Tab Won't Open

Not sure what happened but i can not use the events tab it will not open the event window? all other tabs seem to work. any thoughts or fixes. can i save my setting outside of artisan then delete artisan and then install again and reload my old settings.

Your settings are saved in a separate location from the software, so you won't lose them if you uninstall and re-install Artisan.

Ill give it a try. Im not very computer savvy. But i think this old dog could learn some new tricks. I feel like im spending way to much time trying to get this software to work than roasting coffee. Pen and papper has worked for me but i think once i learn how to use Artisan it will be an additional skill to apply toward roasting.
Again many thanks for setting up this great forum it has been invaluable.

I completely understand !!!

I needed Artisan badly because I couldn't get a grip on what was happening without it.

But the person who roasts the best coffee I've tasted uses no data logging at all.
And I am hoping to let it go soon except for simply watching the three temperatures and making my adjustments based on those three t/c's.

Don't let it rule you.
