Looking at the available data in this pic what do you think of this roast?

Okay that's 437F for me.

Another question:  solid or perforated???


Regardless the beans look really nice and the time seems appropriate for that load.  How have your roasts been tasting?

Taste - you know how it goes, always looking for another little edge somewhere.  ;)

I'm more of an art over science roaster but wit the majority of data savvy members here that I observe I'm curious how my metrics jive up with general concensus...
