Unable to screw off.. or remove.

That has to have the ability to come off.  It looks like one side of a compression fitting.  I wouldn't want to bet the cost of ruining your stove over it, but I'm sure it will come off.

It's not removable.. Guy in the Gas store reckons I would need to cut it back..

I'm annoyed that Mr.L didn't specify that no Hose would be included.

Tomorrow is paddys day.. so finding a Fix may need to wait until next week 😠

Look down inside the stove at the inside of that fitting.  On mine there is a 1/4" copper pipe that feeds into a fitting which then feeds through the chassis of the stove and ....

Yours has to have something to connect that fitting to the gas line inside the stove.

I will try to go out later and see if I can get enough light inside there to take a picture.  I don't quite trust your 'gas man'.  On the other hand, I don't trust myself a whole lot more but my story is much better :-)))

Edit:  Okay, here's the picture that proves my point.
So....good luck and I think you need a new gas man....

Susan gave you the "key" to how to get that strange piece of coupling off. You need to use a wrench on the inside too, else you will eventually break that 6 or 8mm tube inside the stove.
I know there's a thread somewhere about this very issue. I just cannot remember if it was here or over at HomeBarista. You have to search both for e.g "Huky stove" or something similar. In that thread you'll find all the correct thread sizes etc.
Now, dare I roast even lighter?

Mr Li recommends this for EU customers.

3/8 inch outer-diameter male flare fitting.

Will this be sufficient?

Thanks for everyone's help..

That will do, but it's in the US. A bit on the expensive side actually. But I don't think you've checked your local resources. These are standard fittings and should be readily available at any specialist store. There should be one in a town the size of Cork, given a (probably) rather active boating scene too. (There are propane stoves, fridges etc. in just about every small family boat.)
I found the link about the couplings... http://www.home-barista.com/home-roasting/huky-500-with-stove-lpg-propane-connection-t31400.html?hilit=Huky%20stove#p360937.

The hose and reg that you get in the states is nothing to write home about. I adapted my hose to a Calor gas regulator. See this thread.

Hmm, it seems like you forgot to search this very forum too. ;)
Anyhow, good luck in your quest for these items. It shouldn't be too difficult.

I already purchased that regulator brewer.. my issue is I recieved no hose & the place I bought both my regulator & tank have no connection for the stove.

EDJ.. I tried searching this forum before I posted questions..but I may have missed something..

Im sorry for asking mundane questions but I really appreciate the help..

I will bring both my regulator & stove to other specialist shops .. hopfully will be fixed soon.

Well.. Found a specialist store that will solve my connection issue on Monday morning.... & Mr. Li is providing a barbed connection for the stove.. in the post!

I advised Mr.Li to inform EU customers that they should source the Hose/Regulator/Connections prior to shipment.. This will avoid the frustration of having your Huky Cart set up & unable to roast :)

All going well, I will be firing up my Huky Monday night.. :)

So here is my 20# adjustable regulator with a quick connect for the stove. The regulator might seem like overkill but trust me, it works great. I use the quick connect because I set up and break down for each roast. (I use a 20# propane bottle). I came up with this rig by visiting various propane dealers, outdoor grill dealers, and hardware stores. Granted, it looks simple enough, but I really had not much guidance on the total package I was looking for. My advice (value it as you will), is grab your stove and go shopping. There is enough knowledge out there to solve any of your issues.
